DECODON releases Delta2D 4.3
The latest version comes (among other features) with improved handling of statistics, combining hetereogeneous projects, easier data sharing, and better automatic warping.
Here is an abstract of the latest improvements:
- More convenience in quality control and statistical tests
- Complete expression profiles for heterogeneous projects with the new Connector tool
- Easier sharing with import and export of analysis projects

Zum 18. und vorerst letzten Mal werden Forscher aus ganz Deutschland zur größten deutschsprachigen Proteomics-Konferenz zusammen kommen. Genießen Sie mit uns die einmalige Atmosphäre dieser letzten Veranstaltung Ihrer Art.
In diesem Jahr jährt sich auch zum bereits 11. Mal die Einführung des Warpings für die Auswertung von 2D-Gelbildern durch Delta2D 1.0.
Durch den Ausgleich von Laufunterschieden konnte nicht nur die Geschwindigkeit der Auswertung, sondern auch deren Qualität entscheidend verbessert werden.

Hoch abundante Proteine wie Albumin, Aktin oder RuBisCo bilden oft sehr große Spots auf Ihren Bildern.
Damit diese Spots auf dem Bild nicht zu stark werden, müssen Sie weniger sensitiv scannen als es für die schwächeren Spots ideal wäre.
Delta2D 4.3 unterstützt Sie bei der Auswertung dieser Gelbilder mit der neuen globalen Kontrasteinstellung:
Ohne Quantitäten zu verändern, werden die Bilder automatisch so angepasst, dass Sie auch niedrig-abundante Spots mühelos sehen können.
