Meeting "HUPO 2008" supported by DECODON

As in the past years DECODON supports the 7th annual world congress of the Human Proteome Organisation (HUPO), to be held in Amsterdam, August 16-20, 2008.

DECODON will maintain a stand at the trade exhibition to provide information about Delta2D, the technology leading software solution for 2DE gel image analysis.

DECODON to be present the BSPR 2008 annual conference again

From 8 - 10 July 2008, the annual BSPR meeting will be held in Hinxton, Cambridge, UK.
DECODON will be presenting latest developments in 2DE gel analysis software.

Just bring up to 12 gel images (e.g. 3 groups with 4 replicates) on CD or USB-stick and we will analyze them together with you at the booth. Of course, such an analysis includes the usage of the statistical methods available in the new Delta2D Statistics Tool like Hierarchical Clustering, PCA, ANOVA, and others.

Veranstaltung "Bioinformatics meets Life Science"

Im Anschluss an die Arbeitstagung laden wir Sie - auch im Namen unserer Partner Kapelan Bio-Imaging und CLC Bio - herzlichst zu dieser Veranstaltung
in Freising (am Forum 5), am 26. Juni 2008 (Beginn 10 Uhr)
ein.

Neben anderen Vortragenden wird Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Dirk Haller - Leiter des Lehrstuhls "Biofunktionalität der Lebensmittel" und der Abteilung "Biofunktionalität" im Zentralinstitut für Ernährungs- und Lebensmittelwissenschaft (ZIEL), Freising - einen Vortrag über Darmerkrankungen und deren Erforschung mit Hilfe von Methoden aus der Proteomik halten.
