Qualitative Analysis
Delta2D's automatic warping aligns gel
images, thus eliminating differences in spot position. Warped images
are then overlaid to produce dual channel images with clearly visible
differences in expression levels.
Free configurable color schemes in any aspect of Delta2D make it
easy to use colors for visualization in any purpose: use an analytical
color scheme in the dual view to detect significant spots and switch to a
decorative one for your outprints. Use spot color coding for an overview of
spot distribution over your gels. Let numerical values like isoelectric point
and molecular weight color your labels.

Choose dual channel colors freely.
Delta2D allows you to specify four colors: master spots, sample spots, common spots and background. Shades of these colors are then used to encode different expression levels.
