Analysis Workflow

The Workflow window guides you through the analysis process. It gives you quick access to Delta2D's most important functions. The Workflow makes it particularly easy to follow Delta2D's 100% spot matching approach.

You can always open the workflow by going to Window > Workflow.

Just follow the steps in the workflow:

1. Setup Project: Add gel images, organize them into groups.
2. Setup Gel Image Warping: Determine which gel image pairs should be connected
3. Create Direct Warpings: Use Delta2D's Job Manager to start automatic warping. Review results.
4. Create the Consensus Spot Pattern: Apply image fusion and spot transfer to get complete expression profiles.
5. Analyze Expression Profiles: Use tables and advanced statistical analysis to find relevant expression profiles.
6. Present Results: Document and share your results, on the web or on paper using Delta2D's Web Reports. Export gel images and Proteome Maps to PowerPoint.

The "Create Direct Warpings" step in the Workflow shows the warpings that still need review. Double click on a gel image pair to open it in the Dual View.
