Expanded Reports

We have added a most-wanted report: the Labels Report shows labels together with spots and Delta2D's estimated pI and Mw. Next to labels, you see scout data, such as theoretical isoelectric point and molecular weight that were extracted from online databases. We've also improved existing reports. For example, you can now show a report for selected (as opposed to marked) spots on a gel. Click here to see current examples of all reports.

Speckle Filter for Fluorescence Dyes

Precipitated particles from fluorescence dyes produce small speckles on gel images. Delta2D's new speckle filter removes them transparently, leading to better spot detection and more reliable quantitation.

Speckle Filter for Western Blots

Thanks to Delta2D's new "White speckle filter", you can now analyze Western blots and relate them to expression patterns on gels.
