Individual Usage Tracking
To be able to see, where and how we can improve our website, we record which pages you are viewing and what you are downloading on our website. All visiting data is saved on our servers with anonymized IP addresses and deleted after 6 months. We do not connect any of this recorded data with other data being already available to us, like names, email addresses etc. In other terms: we do never identify you as a certain user in any means, your visit will remain anonymous in all aspects.
We do not track any action on any other site you might visit, neither before nor after visiting our web site.
You can disable user tracking for your browser at any time; in this case a so-called 'opt-out cookie' will be saved in your browser. Please note, that deleting cookies in your browser may include this opt-out cookie, and thus reset your tracking settings.

Data Submitted in Forms
When filling a form on this website you agree that we are allowed to electronically save the information you provide.
In order to enable your demo version and to support your evaluation of our software, we need to contact you using the information you have provided. If you do not wish to be contacted during your evaluation, please use the comments field of the download form to let us know.
When submitting a comment or a request using the contact form or the comment function, we will also save the contact data you provided to be able to answer your questions and to identify frequently asked questions.
We treat your data with the greatest care. It is understood that that the information you provide is of a personal nature and we respect your privacy completely. We do NOT sell, rent or otherwise make available your information to ANY third-party for ANY reason.
In addition to our own cookies, from time to time we may also use some third-parties cookies from google, bing or other search services to check how our service is percieved by search engines. This happens irregularly, rarely and only if we have the impression that something does not work as expected.
To preserve security of our web site and to be able to retrace occuring problems the following data is saved into log files:
- your IP address
- date and time of your request
- the page and objects delivered
- status code on delivering (OK, 404 not found, etc.)
- number of bytes delivered
- page referrer, if available (pages, on which you clicked on a link to reach the currently viewed page)
- UserAgent (the browser and operating system used)

These log files are saved temporarily on our web server and deleted after 7 days.
Since this technical logging is essential for running our services, there is no option to exclude your requests from logging.
